I think people deal with suicidal thoughts differently
I appreciate the advice when people want to give it to me, I really do! The thing is that we're two different people. I've tried calling calling suicide hotlines and going to therapy, but it kinda made me feel worse. I felt like they couldn't understand my point of view. Plus the advice was very generic. I wasted about 450 bucks on 3 therapy appointments and it actually made me feel worse retelling past events that make me feel worthless 😂😅😶😕😒
