It's about health. My question is....

I usually get sick or fever at least once for two months. I heal 3 days at least 7 days for full recovery. Something like that. My sister very rare get sick. Once she get sick, it takes more than a week.. For someone rarely get sick must have good immune system..
I'm not sure. What do you guys think?

This is how it works, if she is taking time to recover that doesn't mean her immunity is low

@SimplyLogicalDiscipline It was my first thought. But maybe it was because she is don't always get sick.

Sudden flu, like her fist body system defense got attacked.

Maybe lack of nutritions?
