Causes of allergic reactions.

All my life I never had allergies not even seasonal. for the past couple of months I've been getting random allergic reactions to what seems to be nothing. It happened mostly at night when I'm about to go to bed. And sometimes when I wake up in the morning.

It can happen any where though.

It usually starts with my eyes swelling huge and I can't open them. And uncontrollable sneezing.

Can you be allergic to yourself?

I am going to make an appointment with an allergist.

But what do you think it could be.

I haven't done anything differently.

Could be anything from dust, to the type of detergent you use to wash your bedding. Start keeping a log of what you eat, and drink, and the types of soaps, shampoos, colognes, lotions, etc. that you use. An allergist is a good idea. Benadryl should be taken. It helps a lot. Also, otc allergy meds, such as Claritin, and Flonase help also

My sister had an allergic reaction like that every night and they found out it was just dust.
