Can benadryl make you shake?

Last night I went to the hospital for an allergic reaction. They gave me a lot of benadryl. After a while I noticed that I was shaking like I was cold. When I didn't feel cold.

I've never heard of that; it could have been a result of the reaction, and your body returning to normal.

Yes, high doses can cause tremors.
