My chest feels tight and i can't breathe properly, i also feel dizzy

Should I be concerned? This has never happened before.

Could be an anxiety attack. Could be a lung disorder. Could be an allergic attack. So many things. Go to the hospital and get checked out. Diagnosing online is dangerous for one's health. See an ER doctor. Better safe than sorry.
