Did you see The Shining (1980) with Jack Nicholson? Do you remember the scene in the giant room where Jack has an unhinged, confrontational dialogue with his defensive wife as she clutches a baseball bat for her protection? I feel as insecure as he does sometimes, I really love that scene!

@SteinbockundLoewe We are going to re-watch that movie for Halloween. My sister and BIL are seeing a psychiatrist and it made a difference for them both. So we are going to try that route. Best treatment for anxiety is meds + talk therapy, I've read, and it's highly treatable.
