Why does she look so young?
There's a girl in my college class who I assume is 18 or 19, but she looks 14-16 does this mean anything? Like a disorder or something she eats?

I think that’s not a big gap anyway considering that most girls stop getting taller at 15 or 16 . Makeup and style could play a role. Now if she was 15 looking 10 then there might be a health problem.
