Why does she look so young?

There's a girl in my college class who I assume is 18 or 19, but she looks 14-16 does this mean anything? Like a disorder or something she eats?

Why would you assume that ? She might actually be younger. I began college at age 16.

@free152 I did, too. Graduated in June, began college in September. Turned 17 the following January. I’d skipped in elementary school.
