I am starting partial again really soon and I'm terrified because I know no one there. My anxiety is really bad.

@canusernamebemyusername It is like inpatient but only during the day. Last time wasn't too bad but the first 3 days were scary. 2nd time doing it this year.
@fluteacorn can you take stuff with you? Something to read. Something to help calm or distract you?
