Am I a disappointment?

After 5-ish months of being clean from self harm, I cut again last night. I can't believe I can't handle shit anymore. :'(

I hope you will get over your pain and feeling of "hating" yourself.
Try to start over and take steps to not harm yourself minute by minute and etc
