Am I a disappointment?
After 5-ish months of being clean from self harm, I cut again last night. I can't believe I can't handle shit anymore. :'(

Don't worry and don't think of it as a defeat. Staying clean is hard. It was just one setback. Do what you have been doing and try again. Just keep trying at every moment. *gives you hugs* take care of your wound and just keep telling your self to keep trying like you have been doing.
