What are clear signs of colon cancer?

It's possible to have no signs in the beginning but i believe that passing blood or irregular bowel movements can be. Note that those signs are more likely a symptom of something less severe like IBD, a bad diet, lack of fibre or a digestive tract infection etc. Anything strange that persists for more than a few days should be checked out by your doctor.

Blood in stools. Bleeding in between periods I think. Best see ur doc if ur concerned.
