Period cryings, how to stop or should I stop?
It has been 3 days and I uncontrollably cry and yes I am on my period, started in the morning, I knew I was gonna have but I keep crying. Should I stop or should I go on crying?

Well yeah. I just have crying sessions every now and then.
You still have to take care of yourself, if situation persists and worsens, you still need to consider professional help.
