I have to get an MRI today and I’m really scared

It’s just of my ankle but I’m so stressed out. I thought it was like an x-ray but apparently not

No problem at all, seriously. It's like having a photo taken of your ankle. No pain, no stress, no claustrophobia, nothing intrusive. Wash your feet (at least the relevant one) and wear clean socks.
