I'm becoming anorexic, what do I do?

I notice that I have less energy, I'm becoming thinner, and losing hair easily. However, the thought of gaining weight scares me. My family especially won't listen or help me. What do I do?

Mine started when I was 11 or 12 I have had a lot of counciling though I would say write a food diary of what you ate per day and at the end of the week show it to your parents so they can see for themselves also try and slowly increase your food and drink intake every day such as adding fruits , jams , peanut butter, bread , extra butter , milk in your tea or coffee , drinks with calories in such as pop or fruit juice , adding a few sweets into it start of with a hand full or a few squares of chocolate then slowly increase it also nuts can help too. Reward yourself for eating more by buying your self something nice or something

Talk to a real life counsellor, and try to get your strength back by eating a bit more. Anorexia is not worth it. Haters will hate whatever they want to, not just fat or curves.
