If you are questioning yourself, usually that's a sign that you're okay. Sometimes stress has a way of making us question our sanity at times.
If you aren't in therapy, maybe you should find someone to speak with about your concerns.

@SW-User You got it, being able to analyze your situation and deal with it mentally. When you've lost the ability to do that it's a slippery slide to chaos and confusion.
