Do you reject your feelings?

If it's uncharacteristic of me I try to boil down why I might be feeling that way. It's silly to just repress feelings, they'll always comeback, it's why I think it's wise to get to the root of the issue.

@RyanWontBeKing repression isn't always a conscious choice though, can be a defense mechanism for trauma victims.
