How deep are the arteries on your neck? I’m dubious as to whether or not someone would actually be able to reach them with a razor blade.

They* are right under the skin, easily cut with a razorblade and a modicum of energy.

*well the jugular & Carotid are, I'm sure there are less accessible arteries in the neck as well

Recheck your anatomy . The carotids are right there , between the sternocleidomastoid muscle and the trachea

Easily accessible. Take your pulse at your wrist. That's an artery.
