How many scoops of oats?
I was told about oats before and I started with two scoops, but then I still got hungry. So I increased it to five or six scoops. Surprisingly oats have fat too.

look...two scoops are enough n oat has good fat ...it doesnt make u bloaty...plus u can take lemon water along with it or ginger tea to curb ur hunger

One thing seems apparent to me: It is not healthy to obsess about your looks, weight or health.

And whatever thinking you do about your health and how you look should not in any serious way depend on another person who is not a health professional.

Listen to your own best instincts. And see a doctor.

Also, healthy food is not necessarily expensive. It also helps if you can grow a garden; that would provide healthy food plus outdoor exercise.

1. you're too skinny. If you think you look fat at 143lbs, you have body dysmorphia and need to go see a psychiatrist.
2. The machines at health fairs cannot tell you your fat mass. Only and immersion body pod can.
3. You should not be worrying about what anybody else thinks of you. Learn to eat healthy and work out and stop weighing yourself.
4. Your blood type has nothing to do with your diet.
5. Read nutrition articles from reliable medically qualified, peer reviewed sources. Not from quacks, gossip or magazines.
