@greenmountaingal great! keep going. Ups and downs are all the way through but if you keep it up the general trend will be towards weight loss. Think 6 months not 6 weeks if you see what i mean. I lost 126lbs but it took me 2 years and a couple of months. Good luck ☺💪💪

@appassionata Wow!!! I am really impressed! That is a terrific triumph over the misery of obesity. Actually, I realize that (unless there is ever in my lifetime a medical cure for obesity) I will pretty much have to keep carefully regulating my diet from now on, for the rest if my life. It is part of a major change in my life which includes better dental care and habits, more swimming, and other better and healthier approaches to self-care, something I have always struggled with. People like you absolutely amaze me. I know it is corny to say it, but your weight loss is a real inspiration and it GIVES ME HOPE!!👙
Thanks for posting.

@greenmountaingal believe me you can absolutely do it. You said all the exact things. Lifestyle change rather than just training or just dieting. Keep active and feel free to keep me posted. Id love to hear that youve been losing weight in a few weeks time 💪💪
