I listen to podcasts about things I'm interested in so I'm learning something instead of just focusing on how much longer I have to go the entire time. It makes the hour go by a little more quickly.
I also do a lot of HIIT and switch up what kinds of exercises I'm doing pretty frequently so I'm constantly moving around in different ways. I hate routines.
If I have a bad day where I don't want to get out at all, I have a set work out that's boring but makes me feel less lazy to fall back on that I do no matter what. Usually just basic cardio like cycling or something.
