Who said dieting has to be hell...

My dinner this evening: 3 oz tuna steak, 1/2 cup quinoa, fresh green beans and baby bella mushrooms sauteed in olive oil, garlic, and sea salt and tossed with a touch of parm!

I have been on a ketogenic diet for one week. So far, it has been pretty easy to stick to. It would include meals like yours but without the quinoa.

Glad you are feeling good. Kicking junk food out of our lives is one of the best gifts we can give ourselves. Keep up the good work.
