I was made to wear braces for four years when I was a kid because the military paid for half. Not a good way to grow up at that time

Yeah and I've never had a problem with them. But I became introverted, shy, and wouldn't smile because of them. It's only been recently that I've been able to smile naturally. Enough crying from me lol
