Why do people let themselves get fat?

How hard is it to eat your veggies and not eat chips and candy and drink pop? Do people just not care or feel helpless?

Hey not everyone who is overweight eats unhealthy stuff. My boyfriend eats healthy stuff and he’s overweight.
