@silencedesired where in your back does it hurt? Lower or lumbar region?

@silencedesired lower back is often most stressed because we sit around too much and sneezing can exacerbate this. Have you tried hamstring stretches first thing upon waking and moving around a bit more? How many hours do you sit a day?
