How long can u go without having a cigarette?

For me it’s up to 5 minutes max, I hate not smoking

It will be twenty years next January. Needing to smoke again after only five minutes seems excessive - you must get through a lot of cigarettes each day. Aren't you concerned about the effect on your health?

@Smokelover15 Short term the effect is good which (I guess) is why people smoke but the damaging health effects are more long-term.
