Am I a bad person for this?

I am not going to work tomorrow because I need more sleep due to me being sick. I get paid of this time and I am have plenty of sick time. Otherwise I wouldn't take it and would work through it at work. Am I a bad person for this? I hardly ever am off of work.

If you've been sick and you have sick days coming to you, you aren't doing anything wrong. You are allowing your body to heal. Not doing that might make you relapse. So, take the day. You have nothing to feel guilty over.
