Would anyone like any medical advice?

@math7 and when you do ,and take the equivalent of our state boards you can practice in your field in the area's your are licensed to do so and have privileges to do so in .
That would only make you more liable to give actual medical advice without an examination and a full history
Even a work up so you know OTC things you tell them to take won't interact with things you might suggest don't counter with other meds they may be taking .
I was actually just messing with you a bit ,but also giving some sound advice
I have some medical training myself ,but on most thing I suggest they go to an ER
Someone like myself with extremely high BP ,just telling me to take the wrong cough meds could be fatal if you know nothing about what I may have already taken and the other meds I may be on ,
Just saying ,no harm intended

@math7Here many PA's have nicer offices than the Doctors ,and do examine most of his or her patients .
but my friend someone is doing a work up on your patients
all that sounds good ,,then you should be satisfied with your day job and not feel the need to practice it on social media ,but who am I to judge ,
But it is a valid question ,Cutter cut ,pill pushers push pills ,Techs handle instruments ,the PC Physician gets all the info to see if they are ready or stable enough for a procedure ,and I get most of the steps to get to that point
what I said I was basically messing with you ,(many wanna be doctors on the net )
from this I can assume your bed side manner sucks ?or did I waste my 10 min consult ? LOL
I have stopped people from dying in the field and in the worst conditions ,
Revived some that most would have give up for dead ,but I knew age and water temp all played a part in the window I was dealing with ,full recovery ,no brain damage .but in my area of skills ,I also know my limitations ,and what I am covered to do ,and what could get me a manslaughter charge if I overstep my bounds .
I have used procedures in the field even some of the best doctors in the country asked me how I came up with such an unorthodox procedure
I was trained by Vietnam Vets who knew their stuff ..

I come from a long line of family in the medical profession myself
I prefer building mansions and Locomotives myself ,Rocking a crowd of about 10.000 ,,I have seen enough death ,I was done with it
But occasionally I stop and give aid at an accident ,,so they can live to see such a fine young surgeon as yourself
I would hope they were attended by someone with your zeal
I worked to hard to keep some of them alive to get them to that point .

Oh I am aware that clinical's and residency you are already hands on
But it usually all begins with a good workup ,labs and a history does it not ?

Maybe I needed you ,and not the quacks that swept me under the rug the last 20 yrs as a drug seeker while an autoimmune disease ate away at my spine
Most "Doctors" don't impress me ,the team they have working with them does
Maybe even someone like you that question their motive and catch their mistakes
Like the surgeon that almost killed me because he missed I was taking high doses of BC (aspirin and caffeine ) for pain ,and I almost bled out on him ,and I just happen to have Bneg Blood ,so needless to say it was touch and go .
And after that they still missed how advanced my disease was .

When doctors can't preform a simple "C" section without screwing up my Ex AND my daughter ,i'm not so impressed ,
I did the wound care on my ex for 5 months telling them all along the wound would not heal with all Necrotizing tissue still in the wound (deep enough to put your fist in ,9) 4x4's packed in it each dressing change ,until I force a surgeon to remove it ,then the wound healed in under 30 days ,but 5 months taking her in for their BS wound care every day,and she wore a wound vack a month too ,smelling like a dead body .but the doctor kept insisting it would heal ,just 2 more weeks .
Just yesterday they tell my daughter her wound ,of 7 months is a hernia they have been misdiagnosing for the last 7 months ,so yea I am impressed with Doctors
maybe your quality of care is better over there ,I don't know ..

I'll save you some of my war stories with doctors ,I have lost a lot of people I loved to doctors who thought they were gods
But yet I talked my daughters into becoming nurses ,some of my friends into becoming surgical techs ,its a good field to be in ,always people needing good doctors and nurses

But again I was messing with you ,just a little
But why would such a qualified young man even want to diagnose patients and give advice on a social media site ?
And I am back to the original point ,without a complete work up
When so many with all the info they need ,still screw up
