do you get really hungry? the only fasts i done is before weight in for wrestling meets.

@trackboy no not really. I did ease into it though. I eat as late as I want in the day and then I count from there and don't eat until I want to the next day. Right now I'm doing 8 hour periods of eating and 16 hours of fasting

@SirEldridge why did you get into fasting???? did you need to lose weight???? if your lifting weights your burning a lot of calories and you will be lean without dieting.

@trackboy I learned about it and wanted to try it out just to see what it's like. I am thin so I'm not really doing it to lose weight but I have lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks and put on muscle

@SirEldridge weightlifting will build muscle. if yoru thin you don't need to loose weight. you can look at yourself in the mirror and if your abs are showing you don't need to burn off fat. you doing a lot of weightlifting???
