Have you ever stopped taking your meds cold turkey? What was it like

I did when I was ~18 years old. It mostly went okay aside from feeling like I was on a plane that was changing altitude for about a week. xD

It was great. Haven't looked back.

Are you talking about prescription meds? Most won't matter but some, like anti-depressants, you are supposed to come off gradually. Can't your doctor advise you?

My 🐻 did that and he's been in the hospital for about 10 days. It's awful. It can really destabilize a person especially if they have more than one health condition.

Only took meds for a bacterial infection when I was in middle school. Haven't been on any since then.

Wasn't pretty, but I'm glad I went off ,because I had suicidal thoughts when on them
