How often do you shampoo your hair?
I rarely do. Just use conditioner twice a week and let the natural oils take over my hair. Since I almost cut out shampoo, my hair is so much softer and nicer and I get compliments.

@SW-User you don't know until you try it. I hated it at first, but it has made a big difference as I had real dry hair before
