Am I fat

I'm a little under 6 feet tall, and weigh 290 pounds. Would this be considered fat?

@AlmostAnAngel no i'm not, I have been working hard after being hospitalized then medicated then because of meds I put on weight s I had too work hard for five +++ year then a year I uped my hours of exercising in the gym regardless how I'd pay for it financially now I have just started losing my tummy and even though the scale still hasn't changed but I see a change, so no i'm not pefect!!!!
