While cutting calories is important when losing weight, exercise is just as, if not more important than cutting calories. And 800 calories is almost too little calories. The more active you are, the better your body will process what's been put into it. Trust me, I've lost half of what I used to weigh through getting active and cutting about 300 calories a day from my diet. And...if you loose too much weight too fast, you'll have loose flesh that won't tighten back up. When it comes to weight loss, slow and steady wins the race.

800 calories is really to low for your age range. A toddler eats about 500. 1200-1600 will keep you physically healthy
According to you what exactly is eating clean ? You mentioned it three times in your question.

All you are going to do is harm yourself and set yourself up for failure. Believe me, this is not the way to go about losing a lot of weight, especially if you want to keep it off.

@SW-User what is the way then?

800?! That’s way too little. Stick with 1500.

It’s needs to be a slow steady process... look at loosing over 1-2 years... intermittent fasting

Cutting 500 calories per day should suffice and may avoid the pitfalls of a constant low calorie diet

if you go too low the body will believe it's starving and go into a mode to conserve fuel (fat)...your metabolism will slow down.

you gotta stay active.

and that diet will fail.

eat right!
