How long can a child born with only one semi working kidney is expected to live ?

Can they lead a normal life ?

I'd assume they'd need transplants to live a normal life. Until that, dialysis.

@Underconstruction one fully functioning kidney is enough... I'm not sure about a semi.

@dumpstermeow I met his mom. She's incredibly strong and has dealt with this blow with a positive attitude. She cherish every day she gets to spend with her baby.
