Does regular physical pain make your pain tolerance higher?

I mean that someone could endure pain not surpassing his/her threshould of pain, but soon later the pain goes to the bones, becomes deeper and can produces ecchymoses or feaver.

I guess it could in theory. I don't know from experience though.

Yes. But after some hours the efects could be worse, even the pain tolerence was not surpassed.
