Have you seen, "Fat,sick, and nearly dead"?

A great documentary by an Australian man who came to the USA and changed the lives of folks who indeed were indeed representative of the above. I have been on a semi-fasting regimen of "Juicing", and while I'm not fat, the difference has been amazing, my headaches are gone, blood pressure down to normal, I feel energised and better than I have in over 20 years. Some "food" for thought.

@jsunwqdg~ I don't follow a specific recipe since I rely on our local farmers market for what ever is fresh from the garden I will say that kale and blueberries are pretty much a staple, usually banana's, I am going to try beets as much as I don't like them, but they are supposed to be heart happy.LOL. I have my shakes 3xdaily@ 8oz. each, since I have been on this regimen I no longer crave sweets or any kind of junk food., I think I'm going to go on and do a 90 day semi-fast, I feel that much better.
