I know that losing weight will ease it. I'm not suggesting ur over weight BTW. I just know someone who lost weight and it wasn't as quater as bad afterwards

@Thingschange4444 losing weight eases many things.
also, i'd suggest for her to see a nose/throat specialist to see if there's anything in the esophagus and any lesions or such around the larynx.
that can cause issues also. those can be removed and cure a good portion of the issue, if that's one of the culprits.
oh and cutting out dairy, bread... junk foods... (maybe keep a food diary and log everything that's digested and the results that come from it....)
and proper hydration... sleeping in an angle....
stop using antihistamines... (oh man i gotta stop.. now i stop.)
