Do you like to exercise? What kind?

I try, I really do....but I HATE to exercise. Done aerobics, jazzercise, zumba, yoga, pilates, running, cross fit, machines, weights, bands... I still HATE it!!!

The only reason I do it is so I can maintain my love for food!!! And because I'm getting OLD!!!

I do a lot of running and racing up to half marathons. I have done marathons in the past but none for the last 8 years

@ReneeT Great!!! Idk, I just can't get into running more than 5 miles...I get bored. I know, I have so many friends who love running and are always doing these charity runs and marathons. Wish I could get into it!

It did take me a little while to do longer runs. Maybe you just need someone else to run with. The longer ones go easier with someone to talk with

@ReneeT I don't know why, I hate running with others. I think I always worry I'm holding them back. I'll go with my husband but he goes his route and I'll go mine and we'll meet up. Yeah...all this talk has gotten me motivated...well, a little bit anyway.

@livingaloha All it takes is just a little bit. The next thing you know you are out the door. At least it works some of the time. Lol. I find when you are out with like minded people the pace seems to suit everyone.
