Do you like to exercise? What kind?

I try, I really do....but I HATE to exercise. Done aerobics, jazzercise, zumba, yoga, pilates, running, cross fit, machines, weights, bands... I still HATE it!!!

The only reason I do it is so I can maintain my love for food!!! And because I'm getting OLD!!!

@PeanutsauntieP1982 I've been walking while I wait for my daughter's practice. Biking I never got into...maybe because I was never very good when I was a kid.

@livingaloha walking is very good exercise, I've lost 195 lbs in the last 29 months just from walking.

Thank you very much! I do feel much better, and I even got rid of a couple of health issues by losing weight; sleep apnea and hypertension. But you know, sometimes I look in the mirror and expect to see the "big" me. This morning I took a look in the mirror, did a double take, and told myself, "Damn girl, you're looking good!" But the physical health benefits have been phenomenal, and even the benefits to my mental and emotional health have been awesome too.
