Do you like to exercise? What kind?

I try, I really do....but I HATE to exercise. Done aerobics, jazzercise, zumba, yoga, pilates, running, cross fit, machines, weights, bands... I still HATE it!!!

The only reason I do it is so I can maintain my love for food!!! And because I'm getting OLD!!!

I use exercise as therapy to calm my mind I run lift push ups sit ups practice martial arts. but I do push myself too hard sometimes

@Peacefulsword Yeah, so many of my friends are like you. They use it as a stress release and to find that inner peace. I mean, I don't hate it...it's just not one of my favorite things to do.
