Do you like to exercise? What kind?

I try, I really do....but I HATE to exercise. Done aerobics, jazzercise, zumba, yoga, pilates, running, cross fit, machines, weights, bands... I still HATE it!!!

The only reason I do it is so I can maintain my love for food!!! And because I'm getting OLD!!!

Weightlifting, playing hoops. I love running more and more as I get older, so that more than anything.
