I'm currently dealing with it, but I don't really know what advice to give you. When you've been in a situation long enough, you just kind of accept it. It doesn't make it easier (and it shouldn't be easy), but you do find the strength to cope with it, bit by bit.

Sometimes, I have the thought like that and I really, really scared! But then I told myself, everything will change and there is nothing will stay with us forever. Until that, we have to cherish precious moments that we have with our parents. Maybe they will not be with us anymore, but our memories with them will stay forever in our heart and our mind.

Stop having them. Some things are inevitable, why spend time in the future when you should be spending time here in the present and making the most of them now.
