Does smoking weed affect your body?
If one smoked weed (one or two blunts a month for four years or so,) would it affect your body (organs, arteries, blood) long term, do you still get smoker's lung, shit in your lungs, etc?

Of course it does. Tar, pesticides and god knows what else in your lungs is harmful.
