why can’t I be normal ?

Had two big panic attacks today and now I feel terribly weak .

I know how horrible that can be, on days when I have particularly bad ones, or just more than usual, I find it helps to curl up in the shower with the water running for half an hour or more, if I had a bath that'd be good too.. I find the heat, steam and the running water can be very soothing, washes away the day I guess, both from body and mind

I’d love to try that but I live in a family of 6 with one working bathroom (we have three, the other two do not have working baths or showers ) , so all baths or showers have to be brief .@AlphaPuppy

I know , I’m going to have one now . Unfortunately when I’m at school, the only thing that’s accessible that works is drinking cold water

@antisocialbutterfly try running cold water over your wrists for a few minutes, it rapidly lowers your body temperature which can help with the adrenaline rush that causes the panic attacks physical symptoms
