Why do I get headaches everyday?

Everyday, for the past 8 days I've gotten a headache, usually around the back of my head. I always drink enough water and have a pretty healthy diet, my mother suspects that maybe it's because I need glasses but I believe my vision is fine. Is there anyone here who could help?

Eye strain is hugely overrated as a cause of headaches. It's virtually an "old wives tale". You would have other eye symptoms before headaches.

Your headaches are coming from the trapezius muscles "clamping down" on the occipital nerve which runs right through that muscle on both sides of your neck. The muscles are tense for any number of reasons - posture, lots of time looking down, nervous tension, wrong pillow, etc etc. Work on relaxation and allowing those muscles to settle down. A warm towel around your neck, gentle neck movements, hot showers. Topical pain relievers can help too.
