Yknow when I hit rock bottom again with my depression

I think back to when I was in my cheerful happy phase, talkative, witty, social,..... That was actually me just being high... Not normal, even though when I was in the happy phase I thought I have never been as normal as this.
WTF? I do t understand if the depression is real or the happy...it confuses the hell out of me and hence next time I don't understand how to react to situations appropriately.😣😞
