I ate around 300 calories today then burned it off after eating, why don't I feel hungry?

Breakfast: 2 cups of black tea with a splash of milk and a spoonful of sugar, 40 calories or so each??
Exercise: burned 300 calories
Dinner: kraft Mac n cheese and 7 baby carrots and 7 raspberries: 250 ish calories)(I know kraft products are made of shit, but they're oh so delicious : )))
Excercise: burned 500 calories (the machine i was using said 300, but I'm 250 so I figure I burn close to 2x the amount.)
Evening snack: A cup of tea w a bit of milk and sugar. I can't go to bed hungry.

So, is the tea an appetite supressent? Or is it an effect of having been on a low calorie diet? I've been on an 800 max calorie diet for the past three weeks; I ate 1600 yesterday so I'm restricting the next few days.

Disclaimer: I'm not anorexic. I'm just pretty oversized and I want to be out of the diabetes-heart attack-bad knee- zone as soon as I can. I'm going to be more calorically flexible once I get out of there.
