why is mental health still such a taboo? my work try to keep mine secret from others as those i should be ashamed of my problems.

One of the main reasons is that if your mental health records were in the public domain, it could keep you from getting a job, etc.
It's not about being ashamed it's just about still functioning in society, like functioning at work.
You discuss mental heath with those you are close with, not at work.

@larrybess35 we acknowledge mental health more now than ever. Heal yourself, don't worry about others. Alot of them are sick too but they pretend they are not
