Ever have a cluster headache?
It sucks. Similar to a migraine except my teeth and jaw hurt as well and there a very little I can do

Sometimes I have tension headache or whatever it’s called. Pain in my neck and behind my ears. I can’t smile property. Painkillers don’t help?
