So after being 7 months clean I went from 67kg to 79kg

And most of my clothes are getting tight on me.
I don’t know if this is a good thing or a bad thing?

According to studies, Cocaine doesn't necessarily suppress your appetite and you don't eat significantly more when you get clean. Instead your metabolism changes as it isn't being affected by the drug. Cocaine stops your body storing fat properly so you lose weight. They actually found on average coke users consumed high fat diets and when they stopped taking the drug their diets didn't change which is why they would gain weight quickly.

Best advice: Reflect on your diet to see if you are eating too much fatty foods. Switch to healthier options. Also remember that 80kg for a 6ft tall man ain't fat.

@Qwerty14 surprisingly, I don’t eat fatty stuff or processed crap, I eat pretty clean, and grow my own food in my backyard pretty much, I do eat quadruple the amount I used to.
This was pretty much my diet when I was an addict lol.
